Will my medical aid cover my antenatal visits?

It depends on the medical aid plan you are on but most medical aid plans cover prenatal care, but please contact us and confirm.

Please contact us to ask for the following for a breakdown of costs for: 1. Prenatal visits, 2.Tests and ultrasounds, 3. Delivery (natural vaginal birth only), and 4. Newborn and postpartum care.

Bring:

  • 1. Your ID and Medical Aid information,
  • 2. A list of medications or supplements you're taking,
  • 3. Dates of your last period and previous pregnancies (if applicable),
  • 4. Any medical records or test results, and
  • 5. A list of questions you want to ask.
